This is an online service where you must order and pay for your tests prior to visiting the lab and having your blood drawn.

No doctor's requisition is required to use this service.

Browse for lab tests by typing the name in the Product Search box located on the homepage, add it to the cart, pay with a credit card... the requisition that you take to the patient service center will be securely emailed to you & is valid for 6 months.

Each order has a processing fee of $9.50 ($13.00 in California), no matter how many tests are on the order.

Patients ordering STD Testing will receive an email instructing them to call in and speak with a representative by phone prior to receiving a written copy of their results via secure email.
